Choose Harbor when you are comfortable joining the standard queue. Choose Voyage ($9.90 per product) when you want priority review and earlier eligible scheduling. Choose Fleet when you submit several products a month and want them at a lower price per product. Every path uses the same approval standards and organic ranking rules.
Harbor boards from week +3 and is reviewed on a best-effort basis, which can take 4+ weeks during busy periods. Voyage is eligible for the current ship week and includes review within 48 hours. Once approved, a product is live for its entire ship week (Monday to Sunday UTC).
If your product doesn't meet our guidelines, we'll explain what needs attention and you can resubmit. Harbor resubmissions reuse the original monthly slot. Voyage purchases are eligible for a full refund when the product is rejected and never goes live.
Harbor is free and Voyage is a one-time payment for one product submission, with no recurring charge. Fleet is different: it is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly that includes 30 Voyage submissions every month. You can cancel it any time from your dashboard.
You can keep submitting by buying a voyage ticket at the standard $9.90 price, or wait for the next calendar month when your quota resets.
Yes. Products accepted while your Fleet plan is active keep their dofollow link and placement permanently, even after the subscription ends.

Approved Harbor products receive an organic link from their product page under Shipstry's current link policy. Backlink verification affects Harbor scheduling eligibility, not whether payment buys ranking credit.
No. Voyage buys priority review and earlier eligible scheduling. It does not buy approval, votes, awards, ranking position, featured placement, or guaranteed SEO value.
A pending Harbor product can upgrade to Voyage from the Dashboard and pay the price difference. Voyage is the highest product-submission tier.
Voyage is generally refundable before review begins or when a product is rejected and never published. Once priority review has been delivered and the product is approved and published, the purchase is generally not refundable. See the Refund Policy for details.
